Wonderful! There are many things I can say about this fine image. Exposure is dead on. Any brighter and your hot spots would suffer; any darker and there would be some definition loss. The pool's center line, from left to right is nicely placed on the lower horizontal of the Rule of Thirds and the lily on the right vertical. The point at which those two lines meet is where the lily reflects in the most attractive part of the pool. Not having "center-spotted" your subject, the eye is a lot freer to roam around and yet it comes back again and again to the gorgeous reflection and curve of the pool's rim at the lower right intersection of the Rule of Thirds. Color scheme is stunning; the curved lines on the pool's rim are most attractive and correspond well with the shapes of the large leaves that frame it.
Certo takes a bow to you for this excellent piece of art.
This is a very fine image, Wanda. It's great that you don't feel the "need" to include all of something. It's about art, not necessarily the subject on its own merit. The open corner at bottom left with the curve of the drum's rim is spot on.
